"I had a couple missing teeth on the lower left and did NOT want a removable partial denture. After our conversation about implants, I decided to go ahead and have some implants done. So Dr. Receveur did three implants and with the three implants I’ve never had a minutes’ trouble. I feel comfortable eating apples, pears, anything I want to eat.
Dr. Receveur, I would recommend him to anybody because of his patience and the work he does. He does excellent work. If I needed some other implants, I would have Dr. Ron to do that. Just have to say thanks to Dr. Receveur for being so kind.

"For four years I had to wear a flipper-type thing and usually took it out to eat. I decided I had to get rid of the little partial. I was scared at first about the implant because I knew it was surgery. Dr. Receveur made me very comfortable with the whole procedure, with everything. Placing the implant was a very easy procedure and now I don’t even think about it. I can bite into anything I want. I can do whatever I want. I don’t have to take anything out whenever I go to eat with friends or anything. It was a great decision and I’m glad Dr. Ron told me about it and gave me the option and he was the one that did it. Dr. Ron will definitely be my dentist for life; I wouldn’t want to go to anybody else, ever."
-- Jared Murphy, Georgetown, IN.

"Prior to sedation dentistry, dental procedures were a
night- mare for me. Crying before I would even make the
appointment. Now, with sedation dentistry, I’m much more
relaxed. I absolutely love the team here. I’ve actually
driven three hours home from college to come in because I
wouldn’t go to any other dentist."

Jeffersonville, IN. |

"My parents were very
poor. It (dentistry) wasn’t a priority on their list. I had
some problems early in life. I lost several teeth in the
back because of that. Anyone that wants to have an implant
would be very comfortable with Dr. Ron."
-- Sue Kinney,
New Albany / Southern Indiana.

"Dr. Ron has just been wonderful from the get-go. He
allows me the time that I need, because I have certain
needs that others may not have. I have total confidence
in my implant. I eat more on that side because that
tooth feels stronger. If you’re having problems, you
really need to go see my dentist, Dr. Ron, because he’s
the absolute best. He will take care of what you need
and want out of your dental experience, which is great
teeth and no pain."
-- Vicki Lowery,
New Albany / Southern Indiana.

"I had dentures for 35 years. We went to the state fair this
year and I had taffy and a candy apple for the first time! I
forget that they’re there. It’s just like having normal
teeth. My only regret is not knowing about this sooner!"
-- Lonnie Minarich,
Floyds Knobs, IN. |

"I was really scared of the dentist when I was younger, and
I think that was the basis for a lot of my dental problems.
So fear was a big factor, until I started with Dr. Receveur,
and now I don’t worry at all. I’m totally comfortable with
Dr. Receveur, and I don’t even worry about coming. I usually
fall asleep during the appointment."
-- Fran Matusky,
Sellersburg, IN. |

 |
"Before seeing Dr. Receveur, I couldn’t eat apples or corn
on the cob. I can eat anything now. He showed me how the
lines around my mouth had “drooped”. He improved the overall
appearance of my face and gave me the confidence to smile
more."
-- Mike Hosea,
New Albany / Southern Indiana. |

"The Center for Advanced Dentistry is 100% of everything you
would hope and dream that a dentist’s office would be. The
staff is wonderful. I love Dr. Receveur. He’s had some
dental problems in the past, and understands the pain and
fear that people really have, and I think that he treats you
as though he’s treating himself."

ImportanT - READ This!!
“How much will Dr. Receveur MethodTM
Implant, Cosmetic, and “Sleep” Dentistry Cost?”
Dr. Receveur's unique MethodTM of Dentistry means that for almost every patient there is still hope and several options to choose from. After you choose one of Dr. Receveur’s exclusive options to permanently solve your problems, you’ll feel great about yourself having regained the normal chewing, long-lasting beauty, and comfort that you deserve.
Dentistry that works well and lasts IS expensive; just like everything else in life these days. We wish it wasn’t true but it simply is. The good news is that you will have a hard time naming another investment you can make in yourself that provides the dividends of a pleasing smile and comfortable chewing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Prospective patients often ask, “What’s a ball park on cost?” Attempting to give you an exact range of costs for your specific situation over the phone is impossible since your problems and needs are unique just to you. We could have a “one size fits all fee”, but some patients would greatly underpay and others would greatly overpay. Hardly anyone would think that was fair! Dr. Receveur devised a complete dental physical examination just for the purpose to eliminate guessing so you can get your “one of a kind” options with complete costs and length of time for your treatment.
IF YOU HAVE NO TEETH, ARE WEARING DENTURES, OR ALL YOUR NATURAL TEETH ARE “SHOT”: New teeth can be attached to implants and are either non-removable or removable from the implants. Removable is less complex and thus less costly. Non-removable (“Permanent Teeth”) are the best option and are more costly because of complexity. The lowest cost dental implant options (multiple Mini-Implants) now start as low as $5,000 and treatment can be as much as $12,000 per jaw (Complex Multiple Implant Treatment Options) IF you choose higher end treatment alternatives. This assumes you already have a good denture and solid bone structure under the denture. For the newest technologies such as "Teeth in an Hour" and “Teeth in a Day” and All-on-Four, treatment averages $20,000-35,000 per jaw.
IF YOU ARE MISSING ONE OR TWO TEETH
For single teeth, a dental implant (with the abutment and needed crown) can range in cost from $3000-$6,000 depending on whether it is “easy” or a highly complicated front of the mouth tooth which is very difficult to conceal and make appear natural to others. In addition, cost depends on whether you select “teeth in an hour” technology.
IF YOUR NATURAL TEETH ARE WORN DOWN AND “TIRED” FROM THE AGEING PROCESS AND/OR YOU ARE MISSING SOME OR MANY OF YOUR NATURAL TEETH
You probably need a reconstruction using implants and crowns/veneers on your natural teeth. What’s a reconstruction you ask? Think of it as a remodel for your mouth and just like remodeling a hundred year old house, reconstructions are complicated scenarios; all the more reason you need one of a kind answers like Dr. Receveur offers. Reconstructions range from $10,000-$15,000 per jaw.
SEDATION DENTISTRY FOR THE FEARFUL
Most patients that choose sedation dentistry need a fair amount of dentistry to get their dental health back in shape. These cases usually start around $3,000-$5,000. The sedation itself only costs $325, but most patients that have sedation choose to have all of their dentistry done in one visit.
Because Dr. Receveur’s time is very limited (he devotes 1/3 of his time to studying with other doctors at how to be better at the very same type of dentistry you are pursuing!), membership in his practice is limited and by application only. Your next step is to apply to become a member and have a complete dental physical examination so you are no longer guessing about what your care will cost. The sooner you do, the sooner you’ll be on your way to comfortable chewing and a smile you’ll be proud of.
About medical and dental insurance: Even though the latest dental technologies are considered medically necessary and are scientifically proven, dental plan coverage to rescue the worst dental disaster patient hardly touches what is needed to get you back to the healthy life of eating and self-confidence you deserve. The objective of the insurance company is to give you the cheapest possible care. This seldom provides for anything beyond basic generic emergency based treatment which is not what Dr. Receveur MethodTM Dentistry is all about.
Here are some ways that our other patients managed their costs and got their care done:
- Using Cash for our 6% cash discount for payment in full.
- Senior Discount for our patients on fixed income.
- Interest Free Dental Financing: We have several companies that can finance up to $50,000 for are and in some cases even more based on your credit history.
- MasterCard/Visa/AMEX/Discover.
- Budgeting for your care over two years (sometimes more) to make it more affordable: Many times we have patients who REALLY want their dentistry done, but just can’t seem to get it all done at once. We find ways to do “Phase 1” and “Phase 2”, where we address the most urgent needs first and stabilize the less urgent issues. Then the patient is able to fit the care they need into their budget over a period of time.
- Medical Savings Accounts through an employer’s cafeteria plan: We can help assist you with this.
- Dental Insurance usually pays a maximum yearly benefit of $1,000-$2,000 for your care. As in #5 above, we will do everything possible to maximize your benefits, reduce your costs and still get you the excellent care you need and want.
- Medical Insurance rarely covers anything related to the mouth (Dr. Receveur has only seen
this a couple times!) In the highly unlikely event that your company administers’ its own plan (self-insured employers), your company administrator might allow implant care; your company
would know the specifics.
Dr. Receveur MethodTM Dentistry is tax deductible for most patients. Even if you finance your care, you can deduct the full amount in the year that you start treatment. In fact, Uncle Sam’s tax laws are in your favor to do your dental work as it is a legitimate medical deduction. Your tax adviser can help with this.
Dr. Receveur also provides you things you won't get anywhere else:
- Dr. Receveur offers you “Teeth in an Day/Hour” with dental implants, using his exclusive and proprietary Methods of Implant and Sedation Dentistry.
- All of your care will be done in our office in one single office location (no driving all over town or to Louisville to multiple doctors/offices).
- We Stand Behind what We Do: Dr. Receveur’s Peace of Mind Dental Warranty.
Go to our warranty page and read about our 10 year Dental Implant Warranty (and our warranties on all of our other work). We’re proud of what we do and stand behind our work!
We place BOTH traditional-sized dental implants AND Mini-Dental Implants. There are many offices that place only one type and tell you that the other type or approach is inferior. We do what is BEST FOR YOU. In some areas of limited bone, mini-implants are great because they allow the patient to have their teeth replaces without expensive and involved bone grafting procedures. If a patient has GREAT bone for implants, then traditional implants might be preferable. We will advise you to what we truly believe is in your best interest long term
Remember: We offer a 10-year warranty on all of our implants!
